Application process

The first step is to submit your application:

"Egypt COI Inspection Application Form", packing list, invoice, product inspection report; and pictures of physical product details. The most critical thing is the test report. Egypt mainly recognizes its own ES standards for product evaluation, so most products must provide English test reports of EOS/ES standards.

The second step is data review:

After preparing all the information, submit it to the authorized third-party agency.

The third step is to arrange inspection:

After the materials are reviewed and approved, the organization arranges for a third-party inspector to conduct on-site inspection. "COI Inspection Report".

The fourth step is to issue the COI certificate, stamp the invoice, and upload the certificate to the GOEIC official website.

When the total FOB price is US$50,000 or less, each certificate is about 300USD.

When the total FOB price exceeds US$50,000, the certificate fee will be charged at 0.5% of the total FOB price.

If on-site inspection is required, the inspection fee will be charged separately.
